With over 20 years of experience in strength coaching, wellness leadership, and human behavior, he blends science-backed hormone education, stress physiology, and practical coaching to help women move through perimenopause with clarity, confidence, and real understanding — without fear, trends, or guesswork.

RaNon is a union electrician, Oregon Tradeswoman of the Year, and lifelong advocate for women navigating physically and emotionally demanding lives. With over a decade in the trades, deep involvement honoring the original Rosie the Riveters, and training in perimenopause, menopause, wellness coaching, and massage therapy, she brings lived experience, grounded insight, and compassionate support to women seeking strength, balance, and clarity during this transition.
